While I appreciate the sellers willingness to accommodate the fact that I missed the sell by giving me the option of getting a partial refund or additional plants. I regret not taking my money back as the original plant I paid for did not look like what was pictured. What was pictured/advertised was Fuller all around and while what I received was healthy it did not look like the picture and the shipping box was damaged. While I had a positive communication experience the actual plant was not pictured as advertised.
