Shipping was quick and she came wrapped well and very protected and the seller was prompt in answering my questions about cold weather packaging before I bought her. Unfortunately there weren't as many leaves as shown in the picture (looks like she had been heavily pruned). The remaining leaves were definitely big however they are brown and crispy on the edges (even the baby that hasn't unfurled yet), and you can tell a lot of that was trimmed off too. She definitely has battle scars but I guess we all do so I'm gonna keep her and make the best out of it. I shined her up with Neem oil and put her under a grow light and increased her humidity for now. Just sucks because I was hoping to give her as a gift to a friend. Maybe I'll try again from this seller in the spring 🤷🏾♀️
